Havlandet was showing in Bergen at Permanenten/Vestlandske Kunstindustrimuseum from April 24 to August 18, 2005. It then went on show at Sølvberget, Stavanger kulturhus from October 9 to November the same year.

The single most popular exhibit was without doubt the questions we asked the visitors as they exited the exhibition. On  little notes they were asked to answer one, or all, of three questions.

• What colour is the ocean?
• What fascinates you about the ocean?
• What is the transport on the ocean in the future?

After the first day it was full of notes of all kinds of creative answers. People really loved this possibility of sharing something about their own experience of the sea.
